Anti-Bullying and Harassment

The University, in partnership with staff, is committed to developing and maintaining an environment in which all staff can work free from any form of bullying, harassment or victimisation (as defined in the policy) and the University is committed to dealing quickly and efficiently with any incidents of bullying and harassment that arise.

Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy - Staff

The University does not tolerate bullying or harassment, including from third parties (anyone external to the University), and we will take steps to prevent such harassment as set out in our Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy which can be found here. Should you have been affected any by form of third party harassment do not respond to the sender. Instead please report it directly to equality@stir.ac.uk and your Head of School – appropriate actions will then be put in place.
